Always include application name, application version, your device and your device OS version. Application version is available from Settings – About …
Is your problem reproducible? If yes, please, include steps to reproduce your problem.
If you have application’s crash log available, please, attach it too. It can save us lot of time and you can expect application update sooner.
Generally speaking, it’s always better to attach as much as possible information.
